Ben Martin

DPT

Ben graduated with honors from Oklahoma Christian University in 2004, with a degree in mechanical engineering. He then served six years of active duty service as an officer in the U.S. Navy before electing to leave the military, honorably discharged. Following his military service, Ben wanted a career where he had a more direct and positive impact on peoples’ lives. He graduated from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2013 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Ben’s approach to physical therapy reflects his love for mechanical function, problem solving, and people. Ben specializes in spinal dysfunction, complex dysfunctions, and orthopedic/sports rehabilitation. He truly considers his work to be his calling. Ben lives in his hometown of Choctaw, OK, where he opened Oklahoma Physical Therapy – Choctaw. He married the love of his life, Crystal, in 2004. They have two daughters: Caitlin, born 2011, and Cassidy, born 2013.

Paul Bramble

PTA

Paul Bramble is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Oklahoma Physical Therapy in Choctaw, who has been with OPT for over 10 years.  His 20+ year career in physical therapy has spanned every aspect of orthopedic care, from working with professional athletes to those in nursing homes.  His approach to physical therapy is a focused on matching the needs of his patients to proper combination of exercise and hands-on treatment. Paul is a skilled hands-on practitioner and an expert on soft tissue manipulation, including the use of soft tissue tools and myofascial release techniques to alleviate pain and improve muscle function.  When not at work he stays busy working on one of his many mechanical projects, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his lovely wife, Shari.

Sarah Martell

Office Manager

Sarah is the Office Manager at Oklahoma Physical Therapy in Choctaw. She is the smiling personality that patients first encounter when calling or coming in the office.  She started with OPT in 2017 after a 10 year career in banking. She serves OPT and its patients with a tireless work ethic, love of customer service, and attention to detail. She is customer focused and manages all things administrative for the clinic. Sarah is an avid runner and devoted family woman.  When not at work you may come across her at the local running trails or spending time with family.  She has two children to keep her busy, Addison and Owen.
